Due to the recent discovery of fraudulent reservations, we have made some necessary adjustments to our policies.

Your reservation will only be confirmed once your payment has been processed. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation from us. For a faster payment confirmation, please send us a confirmation of the payment made to the company's transaction account.

Kindly be informed that we do not accept cash payments, except for the tourist tax, which must be settled in cash upon arrival. For the remaining balance, we kindly request that you make a bank transfer before your arrival. Please contact us and our team will help you with the reservation.

🚫 Cancellation Policies 🚫

Full Refund 💰💸
1.) Reservations 30 days or more in advance.
Please be advised that cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your reservation will be eligible for a full refund, minus the administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.
2.) Reservations in 15 days and up to 30 days in advance.
The guest is granted a 24-hour window to cancel their reservation. During this period, they may cancel the reservation and receive 80% back of the reservation.
3.) Special circumstances.
In the event of death, illness, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances, the guest will receive a full refund, minus any administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.

No Refund 🚫
1.) Reservations made within a 14-day window are non-refundable.
2.) Insufficient and fraudulent documentation will result in the denial of a refund.
3.) Storytelling, complaints, attitude, and other nonsense as a way of cancellation on the site will result in no refund.

🚍 Public Transport

• Bus lines 90 / 91 – Circle the entire city and stop just a few steps from the apartment. They connect easily to all major metro lines.

• Bus line 78 – Runs directly to San Siro Stadium and Bisceglie.

• Tram lines 1 and 14 – Provide a scenic ride to the Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, and central Milan (about 20–25 minutes).

• Nearest Metro stations: Gerusalemme (M5 – lilac line) and Cenisio (M5) – about 10–12 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus.

  • The M5 line links directly to Garibaldi FS, Zara, Bicocca, and San Siro, with easy transfers to other metro lines (M1, M2, M3).

🕐 Public transport in Milan is frequent and reliable. Tickets can be purchased at metro stations, newsstands, or via the ATM Milano app.

✈️ From the Airports

• Malpensa Airport (MXP): around 45 minutes by car or by Malpensa Express train to Garibaldi FS, then metro M5.

• Linate Airport (LIN): 25–30 minutes by car; or metro M4 to Dateo, then change to M5.

• Orio al Serio (BGY): about 1 hour; take the airport bus to Milano Centrale, then metro M2 → M5.

The area is easily accessible from Milan’s main ring roads (Tangenziale) and highways.
You can park on the street (blue zones) or in one of several nearby private garages.
Street parking is paid during the day and free overnight.
The apartment is outside the central ZTL (Area C), so you can drive here without needing any special permits.

Parking is easy and safe.
Near E&E Milano Suite, you’ll find public street parking (blue zones) as well as several private garages.
The nearest one is Garage Monte Ceneri (Via Monte Ceneri 41) — only a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

• Public parking: around €2 per hour (free overnight).

• Private garages: from €20 to €30 per day.

• Payment apps: EasyPark or Telepass Pay.

For guests traveling with an electric vehicle, there are nearby charging stations operated by Enel X Way and BeCharge (Via Bartolini, Via Gattamelata).

Milan’s Viale Monte Ceneri area is outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone), so you can easily reach the apartment without needing any special permits.

2.) “How does the check-in process work?”

The check-in process is simple.
When we meet, you’ll just need to show your ID cards so we can complete the required registration for your stay.
After that, you’ll receive the keys to the apartment.
