Hi, I’m Ervin — the person behind E&E Apartments and the travel guides you see across this website.
My journey connects two places I love deeply: Slovenia, where I live and host guests in Ljubljana, and Montenegro, where our family has roots and where two more apartments welcome travelers exploring the Adriatic coast.
For many years, these two countries have been a part of my everyday life.
And over time, they shaped a story I now share with travelers from all over the world.
Our family has been active in hospitality since 1992, and I officially stepped into the world of guest hosting in 2015.
At first, it was simple: clean apartments, warm welcomes, and hoping guests would feel comfortable.
But very quickly, I realized something important:
Guests don’t just need a place to sleep —
they want to feel at home in a place that’s new to them.
And so E&E Apartments became more than just accommodation.
It became my way of helping people feel welcome, safe, rested, and inspired.
How It Started?

Hosting guests from around the world teaches you things no book ever will:

Why Two Countries?
Slovenia is where I live — calm, green, walkable, and full of natural beauty.
Montenegro is where part of my family story began — dramatic mountains, blue coastlines, warm people.
For me, life naturally flows between the two.
And now, many of our guests do the same:
visiting Ljubljana, then exploring the Adriatic, or the other way around.
