Due to the measures and the mutual desire to limit the spread of the new coronavirus COVID-19, the government has determined the conditions under which we can reopen our doors and allow you to stay with us. Please read the conditions below before booking your accommodation. The conditions are valid from 26.04.2021 until further notice:
Private trips:
People who come to us for private purposes must meet one of the following conditions upon arrival on April 26, 2021:
• proof of vaccination against COVID-19, proving that:
o PFIZER / BIONTECH: that at least 7 days have elapsed since receiving the second dose of the vaccine.
o MODERNA: at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the vaccine.
o ASTRAZENECA: at least 21 days have elapsed since receiving the first dose of the vaccine.
o COVISHIELD: (AZ India): that at least 21 days have elapsed since receiving the first dose of the vaccine.
o SINOVAC BIOTECH: at least 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of the vaccine.
o SINOPHARM: that at least 14 days have elapsed since receiving the second dose of the vaccine.
o SATELLITE V: at least 21 days have passed since receiving the first dose of the vaccine.
o JOHNSON & JOHNSON (JANSSEN): that at least 21 days have elapsed since receiving the vaccine
• NEGATIVE result of a PCR or HAT test for SARS-CoV-2 virus, not older than 48 hours after swab collection, performed in a Member State of the European Union, the Schengen area, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or the United States of America,
• POSITIVE PCR test result older than 21 days but not older than six months
• A CERTIFICATE from your doctor that you have had COVID-19 and that no more than six months have passed since the onset of symptoms.
A statement that will need to be signed before arriving at E&E Apartments. If you print it at home before arrival, registration will be faster.
Business trips:
Those who come to us for the purpose of conducting economic activity (B2B travel). When booking we need:
• Full name of the legal entity that will pay for the service (company name, title, tax number or VAT ID)
• business reason for coming to E&E Apartments
Upon arrival, a statement must be signed informing the host of the nature of the trip.
All people staying in the apartment will be registered in E-Turizem for the purpose of charging the tourist tax.
When booking, inform us of the reason for your business trip by e-mail and we will add it to the invoice, which you will sign upon arrival (and stamp if the company operates with a stamp).
How to get a written PCR or HAT test certificate for FREE?
1. Anyone who wants a written confirmation of a HAT or PCR test must obtain a digital certificate (we suggest SIGEN-CA, as it is free).
2. Submit an application at the nearest administrative unit, which can be found at this link https://www.si-trust.gov.si/sl/digitalna-potrdila/fizicne-osebe/
3. You will receive one code per email address
4. You will receive another code by regular mail
5. Enter both codes in the website https://www.si-trust.gov.si/sl/digitalna-potrdila/fizicne-osebe/
6. create your account on the website https://zvem.ezdrav.si/domov and print a confirmation of all tests performed in Slovenia.
