Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the small corridor that connects you to the dining room.

The dining table, accompanied by four chairs, can also serve as a functional workspace for your computer. Through the glass door, you can enter the balcony on your right and the kitchen as well. The living room is up front, while a small corridor that connects two bedrooms and a bathroom is at your right.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, water heater, oven, and fridge with a freezer. A sink with hot and cold water is also available for your convenience.

The apartment features a living room with a flat-screen TV. The living room further boasts two comfortable pull-out armchairs, each capable of accommodating two individuals. Additionally, the living room is equipped with air conditioning and offers a small coffee table. The window enables a beautiful view of the park trees below.

Both bedrooms feature windows that provide a scenic view of the other park as they are located on the opposite side of the living room. They are both furnished with a comfortable double bed measuring 200 centimetres in length and 180 centimetres in width. On either side of the bed, there are elegant nightstands adorned with stylish lamps and energy balls, which conveniently accommodate devices with Type-C chargers. Additionally, the bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe for ample storage. For your convenience, an iron and ironing board are thoughtfully provided within the bedroom. Each of the bedrooms has an independent air-conditioning system.

The bathroom, which also serves as a toilet, with a stylish toilet bowl. In addition to it, the bathroom also consists of a stylish element consisting of a sink and a mirror with a light and a low entrance shower cabin with sliding glass, which you can close with a curtain if you wish. The shower faucet offers a variety of showers, including rain, waterfall, stream, and massage.

The apartment's terrace connects the dining room and the kitchen. Thoughtfully covered with glass sliding windows, it provides a pleasant coffee area on the coldest days. Comfortable furniture invites you to relax and enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a delightful glass of wine on a tranquil evening. Situated on the second floor, the terrace offers a relaxing view of the park trees below.

The apartment offers a complimentary parking space and fast free WiFi.

Due to the recent discovery of fraudulent reservations, we have made some necessary adjustments to our policies.

Your reservation will only be confirmed once your payment has been processed. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation from us. For a faster payment confirmation, please send us a confirmation of the payment made to the company's transaction account.

Kindly be informed that we do not accept cash payments, except for the tourist tax, which must be settled in cash upon arrival. For the remaining balance, we kindly request that you make a bank transfer before your arrival. Please contact us and our team will help you with the reservation.

🚫 Cancellation Policies 🚫

Full Refund 💰💸
1.) Reservations 30 days or more in advance.
Please be advised that cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your reservation will be eligible for a full refund, minus the administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.
2.) Reservations in 15 days and up to 30 days in advance.
The guest is granted a 24-hour window to cancel their reservation. During this period, they may cancel the reservation and receive 80% back of the reservation.
3.) Special circumstances.
In the event of death, illness, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances, the guest will receive a full refund, minus any administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.

No Refund 🚫
1.) Reservations made within a 14-day window are non-refundable.
2.) Insufficient and fraudulent documentation will result in the denial of a refund.
3.) Storytelling, complaints, attitude, and other nonsense as a way of cancellation on the site will result in no refund.
